Schor, llya

(1904-61)
   American artist and silver-smith, of Polish origin. He studied in Warsaw and Paris. In 1941 he settled in the US, where he worked as a silversmith, creating religious objects, and as a book illustrator. His art reflects Eastern European Jewish life.
